Meet Georgia! Georgia is the matriarch of the house—a beautiful traditional English Bulldog with a classic red and white coat, substantial build, plenty of wrinkles, and absolutely no question about where she falls in the family hierarchy. Georgia is the alpha, quietly overseeing her kingdom with the confidence of someone who knows everyone else will eventually fall in line.
She’s also, without question, the most stubborn dog in the house. One morning Georgia decided her days would now begin with sunbathing, so every morning she follows the patch of sunlight across her bedroom until it disappears, usually snuggled with her daughter Birdie—her mini-me and constant shadow. Mom and Dad fully support the indoor arrangement. It’s preferable to reasoning with Georgia about why Bulldogs were not designed to sunbathe outside in 100+ degree weather.
Georgia also has a deep and unwavering commitment to food. Her food. Your food. The other dogs’ food. If it’s edible and within reach, Georgia considers ownership a matter still open for discussion.
But motherhood may be the role Georgia takes most seriously. She was an incredibly attentive mother and apparently never received the memo that the job eventually ends. Her full-grown babies, Oscar and Birdie, still receive regular inspections and cleanings, and her maternal instincts extend to everyone else’s babies too. Georgia is our resident mom, happily checking on and mothering her sisters’ and daughter’s puppies as if they were her own.
Georgia embodies so much of what we love about the traditional English Bulldog: beautiful classic structure, a broad head, expressive wrinkles, and a fiercely loyal, loving temperament. She isn’t simply the alpha of our pack—she’s the matriarch of the Payne family, and you can see pieces of her living on in the generations that have come after her.

Meet Brooklyn! Brooklyn is our resident wild child—a happy English Bulldog with an iconic grin, one striking icy blue eye, and a personality that enters the room about five minutes before she does. She’s quirky, affectionate, fiercely independent, and unapologetically the protagonist in everyone else’s story.
Brooklyn is a cuddle lap dog on her terms, and when she decides it’s time to snuggle, subtlety is not part of the process. She can hurl her entire body into a tight little ball and somehow land directly in your armpit from across the room. She’s a dedicated toy hoarder, a mama’s girl, and an expert at both the best sourpuss judgment face and the biggest grin in the house—sometimes within seconds of each other.
As much as she loves her people, Brooklyn also values her personal time. She likes having her own space, and when the kennel door is open, you’ll often find her curled up on her blanket watching TV and enjoying some solitude. She doesn’t need to be involved in everything—but when she’s feeling social, she’ll happily insert herself into whatever game of keepaway the younger dogs are playing. Nobody invited her. Brooklyn has never considered that relevant.
Of all the dogs in the house, Brooklyn may have surprised us most when she became a mother. We fully expected her to bring cool-aunt energy to motherhood. Instead, she was incredibly maternal—an attentive, doting mother who took her job very seriously. Apparently, she still does. Her full-grown babies, Tuna and Fable, will occasionally attempt to nurse, and Brooklyn will still lift her leg and let them. Boundaries have never been this family's strong suit.
Brooklyn is unmistakably beautiful, but she has never relied on her looks to get attention. Her icy blue eye may be the first thing people notice, but her larger-than-life personality is what they remember. She is easily one of the quirkiest dogs we’ve ever known and without question has the most unique personality in the house.
With beautiful Bulldog structure, an expressive face, and her unforgettable features, Brooklyn brings far more than exotic looks to our breeding program. It’s her combination of personality, temperament, structure, maternal instinct, and distinctive appearance that we hope to see carried forward in her offspring—with just enough of that unmistakable Brooklyn weirdness to know exactly where they came from.

Meet Birdie! Birdie is the princess of the house—Daddy’s little girl, Georgia and Kingston’s daughter, Oscar’s sister, and apparently Georgia’s matriarch-in-training. With her beautiful blue-tri merle coat, dark brown eyes, mile-long tongue, and endless supply of slobber, Birdie is impossible to mistake. There is almost always an unmistakable string of slobber hanging from her jaw, and simply mentioning food is enough to turn on the faucet.
She’s smart, sweet, stubborn, fiercely loyal, and has taken it upon herself to become her mother’s shadow. Birdie follows Georgia around mimicking her habits, routines, and general approach to running the household. If Georgia is sunbathing, Birdie is sunbathing. If Georgia is supervising, Birdie is nearby taking notes. It’s as if she’s quietly training to become the next Payne family matriarch when her mom eventually decides to hand over the throne.
Motherhood, however, was one area where Birdie decided she didn’t need to follow Georgia’s example quite so closely. Affectionately nicknamed our "teen mom," Birdie loved her puppies and would periodically pop in to make sure everyone was still alive and well—but she was perfectly happy to delegate the day-to-day responsibilities of puppy rearing to the humans and Grandma Georgia. Work smarter, not harder.
Birdie has beautiful Bulldog structure, striking exotic coloring, and a personality that perfectly combines the best parts of both her parents. She’s sweet and devoted, confident and stubborn, with just enough princess energy to remind everyone exactly where they stand. She may be Georgia’s little shadow today, but we have a feeling Birdie is taking very detailed notes.

Meet Jersey! Jersey is quite simply the sweetest and softest soul in the house. She’s a gentle, affectionate English Bulldog with a beautiful lilac-tri coat and a temperament that matches her looks. While some of our dogs demand attention through chaos, questionable decisions, or sheer force of personality, Jersey has perfected a much more effective approach: the paw.
If Jersey decides she needs affection, she’ll quietly place one paw on you and wait. Ignore it, and the paw comes back. She isn’t pushy about it—just persistent enough to make it very clear that your priorities are currently out of order and she is available for petting.
And coercing humans to pet her is absolutely Jersey’s specialty. She wants to be close to her people, preferably touching them, and is perfectly content settling in for as much affection as you’re willing to give her. She’s calm, tender, incredibly loving, and has a softness about her that makes people immediately want to protect and spoil her. Jersey would happily spend her entire life being babied, and frankly, she has built a pretty successful system around making sure that happens.
Her beautiful lilac-tri coloring may catch your attention first, but Jersey’s temperament is what makes her truly special. She has a gentle nature, sweet disposition, and genuine affection for her people that simply can’t be manufactured.
As Jersey heads into retirement, her days of making puppies are coming to an end, but her career as a professional cuddler will continue indefinitely. Retirement simply means more time for being babied, collecting affection one paw at a time, and enjoying the spoiled life she has rightfully come to expect.
Jersey brings that same softness to our breeding program. Along with her beautiful Bulldog features and striking coloring, it’s her exceptional temperament we most hope to see passed down to her offspring—the kind of loving, gentle companion that reminds us exactly why temperament will always matter just as much as appearance.

Meet Oscar “The Slouch” Payne! Oscar is the bro of the house—a fun-loving, oversized puppy at heart who is very much a lover, not a fighter. He’s a big doofus, a dedicated mama’s boy (both his human mama and his mother, Georgia), and a gentle soul with the grace of a meat wad on rollerblades. He’s also extremely vocal and has absolutely no qualms about sharing his feelings—and Oscar has a lot of feelings.
His hobbies include surveillance, ensuring Mom’s location is known at all times, and keeping his humans within his line of sight. He’s happiest and perfectly content for hours sprawled out where he can see his people, slobber-chewing on a favorite toy.
Oscar is an exceptionally rare, exotic male English Bulldog with a red nose, striking icy blue and brown eyes—including one split right down the middle—and a red and white merle coat. Behind his one-of-a-kind looks is the personality we love most: affectionate, goofy, social, and completely devoted to his people.

Meet Nacho — the rugged gentleman bringing fresh blood, sound structure, and a whole lot of personality to the House of Payne program.
Raised on a working ranch, Nacho grew up alongside horses, dust, and open sky. He isn’t a kennel dog — he’s a cowboy. His days are spent patrolling the property, supervising chores, and living the wide-open lifestyle that builds resilience, confidence, and an easygoing temperament.
At heart, he’s an athlete in a bulldog body. Nacho loves swimming, rafting, and any excuse to launch himself into water — including the horse trough, much to his mom’s dismay. When a ball appears, he enters full throttle mode and will chase it until someone intervenes for mandatory breaks. He is highly food-motivated, and fresh chicken earns immediate loyalty and unwavering focus. On the flip side, nose butter sits at the very top of his personal “absolutely not” list.
With his handsome build, expressive face, and goofy, affectionate personality, Nacho embodies everything we value: strength, stability, joy, and heart. We are honored and excited to welcome this lovable ranch-raised gentleman as the new “baby Daddy” of House of Payne English Bulldogs and a cherished member of our extended family.

Kingston may be a Mini English Bulldog, but there is absolutely nothing mini about his personality. With his sleek black-tri coat, signature Bulldog smile, and undeniable charm, Kingston has never met a stranger—and he’s pretty confident everyone he meets has been waiting their entire life to meet him.
He’s a happy-go-lucky little dude with big alpha energy packed into a tiny micro body, but there isn’t an aggressive bone in him. Playful, affectionate, and ridiculously charismatic, Kingston has a way of becoming the center of attention without even trying. He lives for making his humans laugh, soaking up affection, and reminding everyone that good looks and a great personality are not mutually exclusive. He just prefers not to share that spotlight with his son.
Kingston is also a devoted ladies’ man and a highly skilled escape artist—with one important distinction: he isn’t escaping himself. If there’s a female in heat behind a kennel door, Kingston considers opening it a personal challenge. His current record is under three seconds. Locks are apparently just suggestions when you're this motivated.
For all his interest in the ladies, Kingston takes his baby-daddy responsibilities surprisingly seriously. He genuinely loves his offspring and will lean against the side of the whelping box to give puppies access to him, patiently waiting for them to initiate play. As they grow, he’s an attentive, playful dad who seems to thoroughly enjoy having his puppies around.
Kingston has beautiful compact structure, a broad head, expressive face, and one of the best smiles in the house. But as handsome as he is, his temperament has always been what makes him special. He’s loving, confident, social, and genuinely happy—a combination we’ve been proud to see carried forward in his offspring.
Kingston is now enjoying retirement, but his personality, structure, and unmistakable Payne charm continue through the generations he helped create.
